A Playlist For Every Occasion/Mood

I’m going to kick this playlist extravaganza off with a quote from one of my favorite characters from my all time favorite TV show, One Tree Hill. In the words of Peyton Sawyer, all time music lover, “They’re all looking for something to believe in and I think that music can be the thing that changes the world”. I am a strong believer that no matter what you are going through, music can be something that is always constant and I love its power to change your entire mood or just relate with you when you’re going through something tough. (Warning: some songs are explicit).

Sweat Session: Running on a treadmill is hard enough without having to listen to boring music you’ve heard over and over on the same playlist. In no particular order, Here’s something new you can sweat to.
